$@!#% poor service
Why I rated this company a 1 and claim $@!#% poor service. The rep called me at 8:30am to say the tech will arrive between 9 to 9:30. When the tech arrived at my house he said it's going to rain all day. I said probably. The tech then went on to say how he's not a big fan of the rain and if there is lighting and if he has to touch electrical wires well you know how that goes, but I can't service your units today and when will you be available so he could reschedule. I asked the tech why did the company send you if you can't work in the rain wasting your and my time. He said he didn't know. Disappointed I told the tech I'll call the company to reschedule. Two (2) hours later I received a call for someone claiming to be a manager at John Wayne (no manager was available when I called the first time), and he was telling me how his techs do work in the rain. So I asked the manager why did his tech lie to me. The manager said he didn't lie just probably didn't have a canopy but you're rescheduled for tomorrow. I said no I didn't authorize that but what will you offer me to stay with your company? The manager said I don't know what you mean, upset because of his carelessness and lack of aptitude I said you lost a customer for life. FYI, I had two A/C units!
