I’m sorry to say this but me and my wife made the biggest mistake by choosing Jon Wayne to sell and 3 ton ac unit . We’ve had nothing but problems with our ac since we’ve bought it . There’s always something wrong with it we’ve only had with it for about year 1 1/2 and now regret spending 10,000 on there junk of a/c . I really wish they would stand behind there product and take care of these issues. But no They try to sell me another warrant that covers them for coming out to fix any problem that your going to have by buying from them . Well it’s true you will always have problems Jon Wayne a/c unit and probably the other stuff they sell to us . I got my eyes poke from them . I gave them a chance because I use to see them on KSAT 12 NEWS all the time . Now I know why they are not on there anymore because they sell San Antonio junk of a ac unit . Me and my kids had to sleep with a fan last night because it was to hot in there rooms and they couldn’t sleep . I don’t know what I’m going now . I just waste 10,000 on a Jon Wayne and now we have no a/c . There been a handful of problems with there unit , first the technician told me I didn’t know how to use the thermostat and then it went out again and then it was a A\c leak , then something was wrong with fan and then There’s was something wrong setting and then thermostat was on the wrong setting and now the furnace isn’t kicking On and I t keeps tripping the main breaker. I warn everyone please review them first before buying from them don’t make the Same mistake me and my wife did .
