Terrible unit

I got a unit from then a little over a year ago and I have had nothing but problems. My air has completely gone out 2 times and at one point they were trying to decide if they wanted to give me a whole new unit and decided not to.. And it went out again after that. This is the second time my heat has gone out as well. When it's 20 degrees outside. They came and said they fixed it and then when they left it started going right back down. I payed 8000 for new unit and at this point I am totally regretting my decision. This will be the second night of no heat when it is 20 degrees outside and in the 50s in my house

Mr. Smith, after reviewing your account I do see each we sent a Senior Service Technician to the home on 01/02/2018 and he located and fixed the issue. It appears there were some faulty circuit breakers feeding the new equipment we installed, and we made sure we installed brand new circuit breakers and ensure all electrical connections were tight. We do apologize about any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we stand behind our work and our guarantee's and took care of these issues for you at no charge. If you ever experience an issue again, please let us know ASAP and we will be sure to get a Technician to your home to get the issue corrected. You did purchase a fantastic HVAC system, but with man made machines, sometimes there are things that fail, which is the reason why we have such great guarantee's and warranties, so you don't have pay for these types of issues.
