Had JW do a $179 tune up on my 10 year old ranch home. The technician for JW said my AC unit was out of code and numerous upgrades needed to be done. The technician was discussing this with my wife while I was on the couch with my hand in a cast. I am a retired Army Warrant Officer with 31 year in Clinical Engineering. I just listened. When the tech left, I looked at service report and he lied when he came and left as well. I call 2 other AC companies in San Antonio area and they verified that the tech was wrong on all accounts. I then called JW management and they backed him up with no refund. Don't believe John Waynes 5 star ratings.
