The original installer of our HVAC system just 'disappeared' when called upon once again to service the system. JW discovered that the system was improperly serviced from the beginning. All issues were corrected thanks to the dedicated and knowledgeable service provided by Billy Hagan who took the time to further research the complexity of our make & model HVAC system. We are extremely pleased. The system is performing better than new! Thanks again.
