Our thermostat went blank and the house was freezing! It was the weekend and late at night. I called Jon Wayne and a service tech, Aaron, was quickly at my house. He was able to locate the problem, and fixed it fast. With a house full of kids, Im glad Jon Wayne was able to keep my house toasty and warm on a cold winters night.
