I had a major issue with Jon Wayne the first time I used them. However, I spoke with the right decision maker and he made everything right. They refunded my money 100 and fixed the issue no questions asked. This was an issue that they didn't have to do so them going back and correcting the AC issue at no cost to me was great.

I signed up as a gold member which I highly recommend because this will make your life a lot easier for 25 dollars a month if you ever have problems with your HVAC unit.

When my AC stopped working I would have like to see a little better response time being a Gold Member but they were going to make it the same day it was just going to be late.
