I wasn't too pleased with the scheduling slip up and feel sorry for the Technicians who come to do the work...as they get the brunt of the frustration. However, the Technician in this case made all the difference. It was not his fault and realize that. He was very professional and courteous. Even offered to call after the next leg of the work that is to be done to make sure everything went well. Whoever messed up the scheduling needs to thank the Technician over and over again because he made all the difference.
