When we first bought our system we were very pleased with the service we experienced. So much so that we purchased an extended service plan. Since then we have been put off and ignored. The plan included scheduled maintenance that we have yet to receive. When we schedule something we have been put off and made to be rescheduled. We were assured that we were the first appointment of the day only to be told that they got busy and would see us later in the week after missing their scheduled appointment. I was told that I would be contacted by the owner only to be ignored. I would not recommend their service to my worst enemy.
