He took the time to show me about the dead units in the a/c out back/ he gave me the chance to make my own decion on what to do as one was completely dead. he took his time and answered all my questions. Other techs (not all of them) just wanted to get done and out of there. seemed I was to nosey and they didn't want to take the time as I was in their way
