Richard was my technician and he was truly a joyful person. I was so thankful for his knowledge to help me determine what was wrong. He was kind and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He definately delivers customer service to the fullest. Thank you for employing people with such a wonderful, joyful spirit.

Also I have to say I called at 7:17 and asked for someone to come look at my system and at 7:27 I was receiving a call back stating that the technician was on his way. Wow what service there. John Wayne has never disappointed me and yesterday you went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you, thank you.
