I was very pleased with the service the technician provided. My rating was not done ony in the service provided yesterday.
The only concern I have is that last year, they checked both heather and AC and was done only one time at the beginning of the year according to the contract. This year they will come twice but I had to ask them to check the heater first due to some concerns I had but the problem is that the winter season is almost over and we need to check the AC instead. They will come for the AC pretty soon but then, next year, they will not check it for another 8 or 9 months.
