I switched to Jon Wayne about a year and a half ago because of the commercials that stressed professionalism and knowledge that their technicians possess. Since that time I have purchased an outside and inside unit and whenever the technicians arrived at my residence they were truly professional in their dress and personal appearance and knowledge. At this time I do not have any complaints or recommendations for change.
