We had our air duck system replaced. Kevin came out to our house measured all the room. He explaned everything very throughly, recommended adding four new vents and showed us different options. Even though it was a little more money than I wanted to spend, I knew it was a good investment in our home. And as a bonus Jon Wayne though in R-30 attic insulation at no extra charge.
Tim and a crew of two, Cody, Nick came out and did the instalation. It only took them one day to do all the work. All the ducks are suspended, not laying on the rafters.
The first thing we noticed was the quiteness of the house. The house is staying cool and the AC is not running all the time.
All in all I think Jon Wayne is a great company and all the staff are great. We love Jon Wayne and highlky recommend them.
