From the initial call asking for a checkup tp James leaving it was a super experience. Very professional. Megan in the office did her very est to accomodate our schedule. James gave super service and was here when Renae said he would be. Renae was excellent also. With great phone ability both these ladies made sure our needs were met. James explained what he was doing step by step never making me feel stupid. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. All three of these individuals are an asset to Jon Wayne.
