Russell was excellent in all the above ratings. He also has a great sence of humor!
He worked long and hard to find the problems even after he replaced the compressor. He made many, many trips up into the attic while working. I laughed and told him he certainly was going to lose weight. Also it was a joke all the time he was here putting on and taking off the booties. Wonderful employee for your company!!!!
