The worker did his job well. It is too early to know if the tankless heater is working at 100%. Our big issue: No parts replaced; no new parts installed. The charge for labor was/is exorbitant: 2.5 hrs. work, @ more than $340/hour!! Much as I have always liked Nahman's work, and I have used Nahman often in the past, I can no longer recommend the company. Labor costs MUCH too high.
