Two very nice techs came and could not definitely determine the source of the problem.....they felt the problem had resolved itself......I was concerned and wanted to know source if problem...so I called in another company....after intensive searching they found the problem and repaired it...a very costly endeavor but at least I now know the problem is fixed....not happy. I still have to pay your techs...I understand it but would have been happier if problem had been repaired....
