I picked up a Ford Box Truck from the East New York center on Pennsylvania Ave in Brooklyn, NY. Beverly W. handled my check out and return of the truck I used to move a 2 piece couch set and a bed. She was patient, courteous and understanding. She even helped me out and didn't charge me an extra day when I returned the truck the day after my scheduled return day due to a return time/closing time hiccup. I will definitely return to them for other rentals and recommend them to friends and family.
