Starting with the sales at customer service over the phone, they were really friendly and helpful providing a quote and reserving my vehicle for me. When picking up the rental from the Bronx location, the staff were nice and took good care of me and my friends, the rental was clean inside and out and we received speedy service at pick up. We were able to drop off vehicle at the lot when returning and did not need to turn it in to a live staff member, the rates are competitive and we feel we scored a good price for our rental.
