We had several specific and peculiar requests, and Empire went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. (Special thank you to Patty, Gloria and of course, Ian!)

They agreed to drop off the vehicle at JFK airport after hours to meet the VIP client upon arrival. (8:30PM on a Saturday!) Then, the flight was delayed even later and they were still able to accommodate!
We had 2 packages delivered to their location in advance, which they had placed in the vehicle exactly as requested.
We also needed a cooler with several items (Food & Beverage) to be inside of the vehicle. I sent them a shopping list and everything..... Amazing. Everything was perfect.
The owner, Ian even lent us his personal EZ Pass for the weekend!
They upgraded us from a Tahoe to a Suburban.
Very easy drop-off procedure (Had to be dropped off at 4AM.... we just left the vehicle on a side street nearby and placed the key in their box! Super convenient!)

I must have called these people 47 times in the weeks leading up to the arrival of a VIP client. I would have hated me if I was them. They acknowledged all of my concerns and ensured me that all of our needs would be met. It seemed too good to be true, but it was executed flawlessly! Never had such a wonderful customer service experience at any other rental car company!
