I rarely write reviews but I wanted to publicly thank Beverly for her kind service.
We knew the rental office closes at 6pm every Saturday and Beverly waited till 7pm for us to drop off the car because it was unsafe to park the car outside. I was a bit tired that day and forgot to take my luggage when leaving the van. I called Beverly right away, and she held the bag for me in the office till the next day. I probably called her about 5 times about my bag but she was super attentive and easy going. I felt extremely comfortable chatting and leaving my bag with her. THANK YOU AGAIN :) In terms of everything else, this rental office handles everything professionally and diligently. High recommend!
