It was our very first time renting a van to travel out of the state but because of the great service of the staff and company we had no issues with the paper work or the return of the car. Our family loved traveling so comfortably in the 15 passenger van and we hope to continue on traveling and renting from this excellent company. The service and staff are super polite and we were out on the road in no time!
