If I had one word to describe Empire Rent A Car, it's "flexible." I work for a nonprofit organization that involves making a lot of trips for our high school basketball players and they are very accommodating with our requests. We've used them for the past four or six years and I'd consider their prices to be reasonable. They're no worse than other companies I've checked out. The quality of the cars are okay. We've gotten some really good ones and there were a couple of times where we had vehicles that needed some service done but nothing that was unbearable. Overall a very comfortable experience using them.
