I have been using Empire for about 4 years. I generally speak with Rob to set up the rentals. Rob is always professional and courteous! I have never had any issues with my rentals
I use the Brooklyn location for pick ups and drop offs. Beverly and Marco are very efficient and always go the extra mile to ensure my needs are satisfied.
