Working with Empire Rent a Car has always been very easy. I rent cars regularly from them. They have a great selection, and I have never had any problems with their cars. I go to the one on Pennsylvania Ave., and speak with Ms. Beverly. I trust her, she is really really good. She is helpful and makes me feel comfortable. Beverley ensures that the car is available on time, and in good condition for me. It is always a nice customer service experience. In general, her whole aura is very nice.
