Empire Rent A Car is very customer friendly and I've known them for a few years. They are very flexible, will wait if i am late and any small request we make they are able to accommodate us they go out of their way to cater to us. We never incurred extra costs, they maintain their cars well. They would encourage us to call if anything goes wrong; one time the music system was not working and when I returned I told the management and they fixed it, the next time it worked very well. We think very highly of them! Compared to other services they are the best.
