Gloria to the Rescue!!! My sister ordered a van from Empire RAC Brooklyn location years ago. Therefore, at the last minute, she referred me to this company. As I pulled into the Brooklyn location parking lot, I was greeted by a Spanish speaking man. He told me "no parking inside the parking lot" and asked me, "What do I want? I asked, "If that was the van rental location?" He said "yes" and then proceeded to walk away. I thought the gentleman was very rude as well as my brother. Who told me not to do business with this company. I left to go home, but something told me to call the number and reserve over the phone. When I spoke to Gloria, she was very professional with amazing customer service. She set my heart at ease because I was feeling overstimulated by a bunch of college young adults to plan this day trip before they all return back to school the following week. Gloria reserved the van for me and told me to hurry to Debby to pick up the van. I went back to the Brooklyn location again. This time, I parked on the streets. The process was fast, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this van rental to my friends and family, especially Gloria. By the way, the Spanish speaking gentleman turned out to be very nice. Gloria, myself and a bunch of college students would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts you were truly a lifesaver.
