I honestly couldn't have asked for an easier and smooth reservation and pick-up from the location in The Bx (GunHill Rd). RayRay was amazing and extremely through in the details of my rental. He was very charismatic and honest. He gave me a call the morning of my rental to make sure my reservation was ready to go. Upon pick-up, the car was ready and I was in the vehicle within 5minutes of arriving.
