A total pleasant and professional experience without any hassles.
My wife's car was involved in an accident with another vehicle rented through Empire. Maria Garcia from Empire reassured my wife on the phone that the damage done to her car would be fully and thoroughly handled. True to her word, Ms. Garcia and staff were quick to process all the paperwork and we had a brand new looking car within 5 days. Her professionalism was admirably stellar and efficient.
