I take my hats off to Beverly! Her customer service skills are beyond exceptional. Beverly made sure I got the vehicle that I needed for my birthday weekend. From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove off the lot with my 15 passenger transit rental she was very helpful and cooperative. The rates are very reasonable and the vans are in good condition. There was a slight problem with the delivery but her professionalism and accommodations superceded the inconvience. Beverly helped to make my bithday experience even more wonderful with the service she provided. I will definetly use this company again and refer people based on my positive experience with Beverly.
