Beverly, at the Pennsylvania Avenue Brooklyn, NY location is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and polite. She verifies all information and explains the contract details to ensure that customers are aware of their responsibilities and advises us of the extra protection available as add-ons.
The vehicles are new, clean, and well maintained. I did not want to bring them back, they were so, "the perfect fit" for each occasion for which I rented them.
