I recently was in search of renting a cargo van. I happened to stop at the Empire Rent A Car on Bruckner Blvd., Bronx. The store Manager, Gloria D., attended me. She was so friendly and thoroughly explained all my best options. She gave me the assurance I needed to rent from this location. I decided, right there and then, that it was not necessary to continue searching other rental places. The process was swift and I received the rental in a very short time. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend it to others.
