I Booked my car 3 weeks in advance, I called to confirm with the lady over the phone explained everything in detail (policy, payments etc). I went to pick up the car same great customer service nothing was rushed everything was handed very decent and the best part is the fact they accept debit and cash. I'm definitely going to continue to book rentals with Empire.
