This was my first time renting a 15 passenger van fron this company. Overall it was a decent experience. I rented from the Fordham Road location. This location is conveniently located near major highways. The customer service person at the Fordham Road location was very nice. There was only one small hiccup of a $12 license check that I was not told about in advance. That appeared to be a hidden fee. I brought exact cash money for the rental snd that fee was now deducted from my security deposit. Had I known in advance I would have added that amount to the cash that I brought with me. Outside of that everything was pretty decent. The van itself was adequate. It was mechanically sound although a bit old. The sound system could have been better. The speakers in the rear weren't working. Also, the steering was quite loose which made it difficult passing trucks on the highway. There were no problems upon returning the vehicle. I would give the overall experience an 8 out of 10.
