This was my first time renting a car from the Empire location on Pennsylvania Ave. I rented a Toyota Corolla for about a week. I received the greatest customer service from Ms. Beverley, she was awesome (very friendly, and helpful). I had an easy check in and out process. I will be going back there in the future. Highly Recommend.
