Rented a Toyota Camry from the College Point location for three days. The manager, Chris, was extremely professional on the phone when I made the reservation a few weeks in advance. When I showed to pickup the vehicle, I was upgraded and led to a sparkling new and incredibly clean vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, Chris was quick to process me and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Extremely friendly and professional. I was glad I went with a local business rather than a big chain. A great customer experience.
