Linda in the office was great from the moment i called in for pricing and reservations she was very helpful with information regarding the van as well as availability and gave me a good price with my challenge of not being able to be at the rental office only after the closing hours she found a way to accommodate my needs so i can rent the van after hours it was a real pleasure dealing with Linda and empire rental i will do it again next time im in the mood of a long family trip
