This is the second time I have rented from Empire and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, service, and punctuality. Both times, I rented a 15 passenger van with the back seat taken out for luggage space. The first time, I had a minor problem with the windshield but the second time, the rental was flawless. The service was friendly and accommodating. I will have no hesitation to use them again for future events and I have no problems recommending them to anyone who needs a rental van.
