We were traveling with a large group and were able to book a large van the week before. The van itself was great! The staff was courteous and helpful. The only issue I really had was financially with them. I declined the insurance online, but I was told I selected insurance and ended up paying $120 more than I was quoted online. Also, the seats inside need to be detailed or steam cleaned because they have liquid stains all over them. I will likely use them again if I need a large van, but I will make sure I am a little more assertive about them adhering to the price I was quoted online.
