I rented a car from Empire last week w/ a 6 day rental package the service was was prompt and courteous and the car was in great condition, I ended up needing the car for an extra day so I called in and extended my contract which the money was taken out of my deductible, due to traffic in the city I was unable to bring the car back in time (the office was closed) which lead me to holding the car for an extra day :-( I went the next day to return the car and owed a balance of $200.00 when explaining the situation to Gloria she helped me out a lot n reduced my fees to $67.41 def appreciated the kind gesture and will definitely refer this company to friends and family! :-)
