I was producing an event that called for 4 black cargo 15-passenger vans- let me tell you how hard it is to find those in NYC! But Empire had them and also provided a hands-on and personal experience. There's nothing better than finding great customer service with a car rental company- very rare these days. Ian was awesome and even checked up with a phone call after my event to make sure everything went well. The entire process was smooth and simple. I highly recommend Empire.
