Had bf plumbing install a "new" hot water heater for $1592.00 and when finished the tech and the inspector ( Quinton) told my wife we were good to go. I went in the crawl space the following weekend to check it out only to find a water heater that looked like it fell off a truck. The top end of the unit was crushed and nothing was said to us about it...they just decided to install it and say nothing about the damage. I called about the issue and got treated very rudely by Sandra in the office (called me beligerant), James the tech supervisor said I was argumentative when I asked why they were replacing the damaged one with a different model after I was told it would be the same. The damaged one was commercial grade and the replacement was residential. James told me he could go get a commercial grade and charge me the difference....I guess that's when I became "argumentative". I've tried to get the owner, Harlem Cottingham to call me but I guess he couldn't care less as I have not heard from him. All I get out of them Is " we made it right". My point being they should have been honest in the 1st place. I got NO compesation for extra time away from my job, extra water used to refill another heater and mileage back and forth so they could do the job over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.
