Kevin came to my home and was cheerful and polite despite it was nearly 10 at night when I called for help. I appreciated his willingness to listen to me the customer on my home that was built in 1920's. He offered suggestions but ultimately did what I asked even though he did tell me upfront he didn't feel great about it being successful. It was a super success and I'm so proud to say I've had no further issues at all. I couldn't have been more pleased with Kevin's service and professionalism and honesty.
