Would give the service zero stars if this system would let me. We were patients of a Doctor that passed away recently. We loved him!!! In the interim we have been going to the other doctors who were fine. We owed a balance of $50 and they wanted it in cash before they would see my daughter who was not feeling well. That day, I explained that I lost my debit card and it was too late to go to the credit union for a new one or to make a cash withdrawal as they were closed. They would not cut me some slack and take a check!!!! We wound up going to another doctor. Who wants to be aligned with an office that refuses to see an ill patient for a $50 balance in cash mind you, not a check. Later, they got our $50 and no more business. Boy, were they smart!!! We had been patients for over 19 years with both of our children. Your pediatrician should be a partner in caring for your children, not an obstructionist like this staff was. I even wrote a letter to one of the doctors explaining this as I think they do not know what their awful staff is doing. But, it's been almost a year and I never received a reply to my letter.
