Needed some papers filled out. They lost it the first time never told me they did until I went and asked about it. Had to call my doctor about a million times to get it to fill out the paper and then when I called a last time to check if she did it. I found out that they lied about filling it out. So I don't trust that certain Doctor !!!!!!!!
