I had a unique experience and Debbie R. at Abbey Flooring & Design in Livonia went above and beyond to be helpful! I needed to pick out flooring to replace in our condo in Florida that was demolished by Hurricane Ian in September. I needed the style and stock numbers to turn in for insurance purposes and I live in Michigan.

So even though there was not going to be a sale for Debbie, she spent time helping me and even went as far as to call the Abbey store in Florida (that our contractor would be using) to see if they carried the tile I chose.
