Beware, do not order any extra flooring in case you have some damaged boxes as we did. You can't return any thing to this store and that includes unopened boxes of flooring. Specifically said I was ordering extra for this reason and was not told that they have a zero return policy. It was not on any paperwork. Lisa my salespersons response was sorry if I failed to tell you. Love the material, installed by my own contractor. Feel the store and our salesperson legitimately intentionally dishonest.
