We purchased an area rug, had a backing put on it. The price was over $600 (13 x 10) There were no directions on cleaning,etc. We took the rug home in our car. Within 6 mths. the rug showed much wear. There are only 2 of us. When I called and spoke to Colleen, she said once we had the backing put on (to protect our wood floor), there was no guarantee. We did not agree, but she was very insistent, almost rude. We tried at another time to reach a solution but to no avail.
