I was on the 2nd floor Observation Unit. I can not say enough good things about about the nurses and CNAs. They were all very friendly, responsive, great medication management and highly competent. They go out of their way to ensure that all of their patients have all their needs met and are comfortable.
Nursing staff are superb! The only issue I had was that the physicians are rarely seen. The food was good. All the staff including technicians, housekeeping and dietary were very friendly and accommodating. Good communication between staff. Staff seem happy in their jobs. A huge difference noted between here and Holy Cross Germantown. This is my go to place when I need a higher level of care.
